Terms and Conditions

We only carry a limited number of each style featured on the site. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, we have numerous other options to choose from.  We are able to issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email.
We realize that ordering online doesn’t always work out, so we try to make returns/exchanges as easy as possible. We do have some rules that must be followed regarding returns and exchanges:
- Any purchased clothing item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and all items are only eligible for store credit.

-Once we’ve received your return and it is approved for a refund, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email.

-Any item that is sent back to Gerber Daisy Designs past the return policy period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

-Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

-Jewelry, hats & accessories are not eligible for return.

-Free gifts are not eligible for return.
- All returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.  If not, buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-Absolutely no refunds on special orders or customized apparel.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
-No returns will be accepted on seasonal items within 2 weeks of the event or holiday date, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, 4th of July, Easter & Valentine's Day.

-Please note that once you have completed a purchase online it can't be canceled.  

Lost or stolen packages:

Please note that when you place an order with us the liability is between you and the shipping company.  We do not make any exceptions to this policy.  As always, we are happy to replace items that are not marked as delivered.  Once the package has been scanned and shows as being delivered we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
